Let’s bring people together

The European Disc Golf Federation has currently three championship events available for cities and member federations to host:

  • EDGF European Disc Golf Championship,
  • EDGF European Junior Championships and
  • EDGF European Masters Disc Golf Championship


(“EDGC’’, “EJDGC” and “EMDGC’’, jointly referred as “the Event’’) are designed to be well organised events with a wide continental reach and high quality competitions for athletes.

Event bidding is the first stage for bringing one of the EDGF’s events to a city in any of our Member Federations’ countries and our manual provides you with further information on the overall process about how to become a host for a EDGF Event.

The bidding information and invitation are sent directly to our member countries. If you intend to submit a bid, but have not heared yet from your NDGGB, please trop us a short note to info@discgolffederation.eu and will will send you the link to the bidding section.

The 2025 Editions

The European Frisbeegolf Championships in Langevåg, (Sula) Norway, ended with a medal celebration for Finnland. There were as many as eight medals overall. Niklas Anttila in the open, Eetu Tuominen in junior boys and Eveliina Salonen in the women’s division became European champions.

The EDGF European Masters Championships in Salzgitter, Germany, were completed on 30 August with a final round. The four-day competition included as many as 168 players from 29 countries in nine different competition categories.
