Project Coordinator

Tournament Director

Include the full name and PDGA number of the Tournament Director. In case of a joint events include all TDs. The Tournament Director(s) is resposible of running the sports side of the tournament.
Assistant Tournament Director

Include the full name and PDGA number of the Assistant Tournament Director (s). In case of a joint events you must include two ATDs.
TDs & ATDs Previous Experience

Shortly describe previous tournament director's (TD) and assistant tournament director's (ATD) experience in organization of disc golf events.
Staff

Expected number of staff (separately dedicated paid staff/volunteers) at the event, its previous experience with organization of disc golf events. Describe specialized staff roles, mention particular staff that has high-experience. Particularly describe the role and experience of the Event manager if different from TD.

Competitive Course(s)
Name of the competition course, expected layout set up, par, with a short description of the event history on the competition course. Any special arrangements for divisions (e.g. shorter tees for female divisions)? If available, include (separately) the planned course map(s). If more than one course name them a, b, ..... Allocate course(s) to either EDGC/EJDGC or EMDGC. Add GPS data of all courses(s) (Tee 1).

Course Facilities

Describe the planned course facilities: toilets, OB markings, water supply, seating at tees, distance poles, types of baskets, tee type and size description.
Warm-up Area

Describe the planned warm-up area(s) for players: driving, putting and approach. Add GPS data of all planned areas.
Expected Course Availability

Describe the period during the which the course is planned to be set up in the tournament layout. Particularly indicate when all OBs, mandos, teepads, baskets, etc. will be installed, and when the course will be available in a non-complete practice form.
Course and Warm-up Area Public Access

Describe the character of the course site and warm-up area site. Is public allowed to access the area freely? Are dogs allowed in the area? Is biking allowed in the area? What measures will be used to avoid play delay due to pedestrian/bikers/animals? Safety of the public, players and stuff is an essential criterium. How will this safety will be provided on the course(s) and the warm-up areas?
Tournament Center Facilities

Describe the planned tournament center location, size, and amenities: e.g. live scoring boards, a player info board (with full event programme, course map and individual hole rules, tournament site map, GPS data, etc.), Wi-Fi access for team captains and players, toilets and bathrooms, drinking water, a limited storage for players’ items during their round, an office space for the EDGC representative, a printer, a first aid kit, a microwave, seating for 10+ people, snacks, promotion material, a disc and apparel shop.
Local Travel Conditions

What are the local travel conditions? Is the tournament site in a walking distance from the official accommodation? What type of accommodation players will need or will be provided by the organizers? Specifically list approximate times for travel between accommodation and tournament center, tournament center and the course, tournament center and parking areas, tournament center and official ceremonies location, tournament center and possible food services (restaurants), tournament center and basic shopping (groceries), tournament center and the nearest international airport, and all other relevant distances.

The bidders are prompted to discuss their media plans with the EDGF and the European Championship Committee prior to a submission of their bids.

What live scoring platform will be used during the event? How will the live scoring be performed (scoring stations/scoring staff with each group/ etc.)?
Planned Social Event Schedule

List the expected event related social event schedule.
Public Outreach
Describe planned public outreach events (clinics and instructions, presentations) related to the tournament during, prior and post the tournament.
Added Cash

Expected minimal added cash (in EUR) to the event.
Prize Money
*
Expected minimal prize money (in EUR) awarded at the event. Also describe the taxation procedure that will be used, if the information is available.
Expected Player Fee

Expected total Player Fee (in EUR) including all event related fees (EDGF fees, course fees, registration fees, etc.).

Provide information about planned event sponsors and partners. Include the government and local government partners, national disc golf/disc sports governing body, parks authority, etc..
