The term of BoD members is three (3) years and now ends with the GA 2025. Currently there are five horses only who pulling the car since years. The full BoD would contain 7 members according to our statuts (possibility to increase by the GA if necessary), and therefore we currently still are lack of two additional persons.

Even though we were able fulfilling all the required duties with the current board, especially also in those years holding European Championships, we are at the limit to do much more with the same number of people. Beside the classical administrative work of a federation (Executive Committee), the European Championships are our main focus. However, to achieve all our given by the Mission & Objectives (see here), we need to grown in personal too.
